• Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
• All sale items, and final sale items are FINAL and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• All swimwear, accessories and undergarments are final sale.  
• Merchandise must not be worn, altered or washed with tags attached.  
• You will receive an email confirmation once the order has been shipped. 
• We operate Monday through Friday 11AM-7PM Eastern Standard Time. Orders are typically shipped out within 24-72 hours of the time they are placed.
• The 10% signup code can only be used online, it cannot be applied to in store purchases.
